Our 3 day Process – Fast and Efficient
Our 3 day re-plumbing process is as follows. On day 1, we complete the installation. Inspection from county officials is completed on the second day. On the final day, the dry wall is completed. Our experienced dry wall crew will do a thorough quality check to rule out leakages. We take great pride in the fact that our projects are always completed on time and within the budget.
We Want Your Tenants to be Happy
We also have a security system in place in the unlikely event that your tenant complains that something is missing or damaged. Before starting work, every unit is videotaped and the CDs are kept till the completion of work for visual verification.
A common complaint from tenants is that they were not given sufficient notice, and therefore they are not prepared. We circulate paper flyers to each unit with detailed maps of the areas affected 5 days prior to the actual date of re-plumb. Each unit is alerted again a day before with another flyer.
